Macdonald, K ‘Life in a Day‘ 2011

It's a film like a record of how all of us spend our days, After watching it, I feel that life is like this: every hour, every minute and every second of the day, people are doing different things, some may be laughing, some may be crying. What impresses me deeply is that the film is directed by the producer. However, the last scene is film by you, which is really very interesting. It is true that such a life is like a film, and each of us is the leading role of the film.It also made me wonder if I could make some of these video's that could be animal, not necessarily human, what every animal is doing every minute of every day and in fact could be made into a short film.

Matthew Akers, M & Dupre, J ‘The Artist is Present’ 2012

After watching the film, I crouch on the sofa, staring at anything for a long time, and sometimes I can almost forget that I am watching. In the words of this film, it is "not present" (you cannot feel the existence of object, you can feel your own "not present", we also have a sentence called "thoughts go far away"? When I fixed my eyes on ah hsieh and he looked back at me seriously, I felt a very different sense of presence. It seemed that all language and attention were limited in a "field" between us. In this "field" language is superfluous, actions are unnecessary, and the flow of emotions is natural and powerful.
Staring, to some extent, is equal to "attention". And "to be concerned" is almost the same thing as "to love", "to be concerned" and "to be loved". Attention is the external form, love is the powerful core. Love cannot be seen directly, and attention is sometimes the best medium. And I think the eyes are the window of the soul, the eyes will convey a lot of things, such as some emotional exchanges.
As well as conveying "love," the focus also conveys a potential message, which is a kind of promise-like confirmation. In staring, we can only communicate with [one] object, and when staring occurs between two humans, the unblinking attention silently expresses "I'm here, I'm loyal to you, right now." This underlying message of being "loved" gives us a tremendous sense of security and trust, and gives us untold happiness. I suddenly realized how great the word PRESENT is. It expresses both the limitation of the time dimension of "now" and the spiritual concern of "PRESENT".
Most of this staring happens only in intimate relationships because it has to and can only happen between two people. This gaze is an infinite loop: I focus on you, you focus on me. In public places, we are used to avoiding the eyes of others. Even if we want to make eye contact, the duration of this action is very short. (when you order at McDonald's, is there ever a moment when the person who ordered you will stare and listen to you with the sweet smile on his face as advertised?) In a cramped space like an elevator, we're used to staring at Numbers (or well-connected companions). We can't give strangers such intense attention and love, which seems to be unsafe. We can't open our hearts to strangers, nor can we give them the same feelings as our lovers. Under the impossible impossible, even a small change can produce a thrilling shock -- it only takes a sincere smile to melt the barrier between us and strangers.
I think every visitor comes with stories and questions, staring, and the exchange of information begins. But this communication is not reciprocal. She doesn't look you in the eye in a private way. Her identity as a artist and her story are public, which means she doesn't need to tell you her story. To some extent, the identity of her and the client is not very different from the relationship between the psychologist and the client. In the two relationships, the former seldom tells his own story, which enables them to pay more attention to the client and offer help. But being stressed as a "Artist" seems to give her more freedom. She doesn't need to control her emotions, and she can express her touch to visitors as well (she can shed tears, put her hands on her heart and smile quietly). It was more natural and more impressive.
In The film, Marina and Ulay did a performance similar to The Artist is Present, but they only focused on each other. Ulay's exit in the middle of the story left her focus on the void, and in a sense it was a failure. And The Artist is Present has reached a higher level on this basis. In her performance, she even removed The table and discart dropped all distances and self-protection, which further promoted The Artist.

Maybe I can go to do some meaningful things, such as I can also learn to try this first sitting face to face with other people, but I think estimates and friends sit face to face that is will laugh so you can try to find some strangers to experience what it feels like then to carry out some new exploration, or go to a deeper wants to show how the project.

The clock at TATE modern

I think the artist is first collected some film and television works, these films have to express the time clock, very interesting, as time goes slowly kept playing video clip of zhang bin's but each video show it is a very coherent cohesion is also very good, just want to each time period different people of different professional people s people all sorts of different categories of people are in the same all the time.I think it inspired me to write down what I was doing at different times of my life every day, and then at the end of the week, I might draw a picture of it with my professional advantage, just like the comic book.

Daniel Eatock --One Hour Circle Painting

It's a very interesting project, and even at 15 seconds you have to draw 15 seconds in your own mind
If you go to 30 seconds you have to go to 30 seconds and you keep doing that for an hour. The artist used spray paint to paint, so I also want to have a try at this project that enjoys the same kind of death. However, I may not use spray paint, but I prefer to hold two pens to paint in my hand. See what happens, maybe it doesn't have to be circles, maybe it can be something else.

Ryan McGinley – Yearbook 2014

The artist collects the photos of models he has taken for others all year, just like the function of the photo phone in our mobile phone, and then makes them like the photo wall. The colors are so bright and vivid that people are quickly attracted to them. Not only the colors but also the black and white ones have sharp contrast. It makes me think I can with the advantage of mobile phone automatically store photos do a last year this time, because the cell phone photos are have time, I can find what one day last year, I took a photo and then one day this year I took a demon god together do contrast, or our WeChat is can send dynamic I can collect this time last year I made a demon god today I sent again this year what dynamic and then do a collection book.

Ed Ruscha– Every Building on the Sunset Strip 1966

It's the 25-foot length of the accordion-folded Every Building on the Sunset Strip affords the viewer two continuous photographic views of the mile and a half section of this landmark stretch of Sunset, one for each side of one of the city’s landmark thoroughfare. The artist sort of takes a 3D panorama and then takes a panoramic shot and then takes a picture of it and then arranges the plates into a plane view of what our eyes are looking at.This inspired me to do some research on architecture, such as photographing a famous building and investigating its different appearance from ancient to modern times. For example, before it was developed, it was just a vacant lot. Later, what kind of ancient architecture it was gradually, so that people could clearly understand the history of the building.

Lam Kiki--Circles

Artist has been painting then don't listen to draw a small circle permutation, it does seem very simple but I think it is because that every small circle is not the same, although is the same person the same hand strokes, but different time every points every second of every pen and the circle of force in each corner where the extent of the size is different, at first glance thought is written by 0 afterwards just know is a flower of the circle, then behind because at first thought was wrong mentor guide before I remembered a game at home very fire from 1 to 600 without mistakes will win, In fact, if I really write 20, one of them will be a success. I will choose to experience it for myself.

Eadweard Muybridge -- Galloping Horse 1878

The photographer captured all the details of the horse's movements as it ran, which were captured on camera. It's a set of graphs in a row.

This reminds me that I can record the changes of things or scenery outside with my mobile phone, and then play the changes at twice the speed. For example, I can record the changes at the beginning of the day with my mobile phone video until the sky is completely clear.
